Most of us have heard fear is an illusion.
The acronym F.E.A.R. means “False Evidence Appearing Real”.
You may have heard most of what you fear is what you've experienced or believed in the past.
When the fear is triggered, you act erratically. Muddled thoughts. Here, there, everywhere. Like trying to find a clear image in a pot of boiling water. Or when the ant pile is stepped on, the ants scatter. Or when the bully comes, everybody scatters.
Fear is also tied to shame or guilt, especially when dealing with past traumatic events. Or things that just didn't sit right with you.
Without shame or guilt, there would be no hesitation to feel fear, to embrace the fear, and allow it to pass through you. Fear is the expression of the consequences of what you think you’re guilty or ashamed of.
Fear is the unknown. When you are unafraid of the unknown, it has no power.
As the “Litany Against Fear” states in Dune:
"I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past, I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain."
Fear and Time
When you face your fear, time ceases to exist.
Where time doesn't exist, there is eternity.
This is why the ancients understood the most important time is now. Now is the only time you have control over anything.
The past is just consecutive "now" moments that have led to this one, right here and right now. Which also applies to your thoughts. As every thought passes, it transfers from the now into the past.
***The past is not some arbitrary exclusive trove that only houses certain thoughts, beliefs, and actions.*** Everything you have ever experienced is recorded in the subconscious mind.
When you release shame or guilt for what you have done, you accept your ability to change things.
Be shameless. Be guiltless.

The Weight of Fear
Whatever you have done, let it not weigh heavy on your heart.
In the Book of the Dead, the goddess of truth and justice Ma'at heads the Weighing of the Heart Ceremony.
In the human sense, morality is what makes your heart weigh less or more.
Good deeds, bad deeds.
However, we know that there are deeds that in one's eyes are completely justifiable, another could deem worth an immediate hanging without question.
This goes to say that morals and ethics, although agreed upon by the majority, are still a matter of perspective and under the court of law and social order must be physically and judicially enforced.
In the spiritual sense, these are unresolved instances in your life where you let fear rule.
Fear of death. Fear of growth. Fear of change.
We love to watch movies and read good books. What makes them good is character development. We participate in the characters' process of growth, facing their fears, leaving their homes, and defeating evil by activating courage within and overruling fear.
This aspect applies to every one of us.
At some point, you went missing. Never seen or heard from again. Or was murdered? An aspect of you, the true you, was murdered, kidnapped, and/or silenced.
These accomplices in that murder were:
Fear
Others' opinions
Parents’ and society's beliefs
All leading to fear, the promoter of ignorance, and the gatekeeper of knowledge, wisdom, and understanding.
In a criminal investigation, these are all accomplices to murder and also obstructers of justice.
Referring back to the weighing of the hearts ceremony.
Justice is right here.
Justice is right now.
Fear resides where resistance is minimal.
Some methods you may have to use to undergo this investigation are unorthodox. This is the point in your life where your creative endeavors and intuitive moves are deemed what? Say it with me! Crazy.
But remember, you're looking for you. The crazy part is the initial murder.
Have no fear. Where fear is challenged, justice is nigh.
