Healthy Self-Expression
To express yourself healthily, you must first express yourself to yourself. Everything that you see and interface with emanates from your mind. If you seek validation outside of yourself, it is an automatic disregard for the source. Healthy expression comes from self appreciation. To appreciate something means that you value its essence and its presence, its very existence. When you value what you have accomplished, you uplift yourself. Congratulating yourself, allowing yourself to feel happy for what you have achieved, these are examples of how you fill yourself up.
Depend not on others to appreciate you because they do not have to. It is not their job. They do not get paid for it. Others can but they are not required. There is no one responsible for appreciating you but you. Thank you, to you.
